Ingredients

Agaate Instant Coffee                                                     1½ teaspoons

Hot water                                                                              2 tablespoons

Milk                                                                                          (cold)¾ cup (180 ml)

Ice cubes                                                                               1 cup

Caramel syrup (store-bought or homemade)        2 tablespoons + drizzle

Vanilla syrup (optional)                                                    1 teaspoon

Whipped cream (optional)                                             For topping

Step-by-Step Recipe

Prepare the Glass

In a tall glass:

  • Add 1–2 tbsp caramel syrup along the sides and bottom

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes

This creates that signature caramel drizzle look and keeps your drink cool.

Mix the Coffee

In a small bowl or cup, dissolve:

  • 1½ tsp Agaate Instant Coffee

  • 2 tbsp hot water

Stir well until smooth. Set aside.

Add Milk

To the glass with caramel and ice, pour:

  • ¾ cup cold milk

  • Optional: Add 1 tsp vanilla syrup for a sweet, creamy base

Do not mix yet — this helps create the classic layered macchiato look.

Add Coffee

Gently pour the prepared coffee on top of the milk.
This creates a gorgeous two-tone effect with coffee floating above the milk.

Finish with Flair

Top with:

  • Whipped cream (optional, but delicious)

  • Caramel drizzle over the cream or coffee

Serve with a straw. Stir before sipping — or not, if you love layers!

Customization Ideas:

  • Swap milk for almond, oat, or soy milk

  • Make it extra indulgent with salted caramel

  • Add a pinch of sea salt to the caramel for a sweet-salty twist
