Can return and get a refund for my order?Our coffees are roasted in small batches and custom-ground, so we do not accept returns on any coffee variants. Returns on coffee accessories are also not accepted, but we do offer replacements for damaged or defective products. AGAATE reserves the right to evaluate each case and may request relevant pictures. We will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up at no cost to you.
